This is a limited edition crossbody bag by Broken Promises. It has to be I think from 2020 to 2022. Never used, still has the original protective plastic on the body strap. It's the same style as if you put a fanny pack over one shoulder and under the other. you can wear it like that or just like a regular bag or hook it to a backpack as an accessory.
